Terms and Condition Transfer

Private transfers with comfortable vehicles. MediTravel will come and collect you from airports, hotels, your home or office and take you directly to your destination. The price refers to a vehicle for the maximum number of passengers indicated. Reservations are accepted immediately. Booking is easy, and in a moment you can print your travel summary and booking confirmation. You will also receive an email with the reservation.

Do not forget to book your return transfer.

• transfer can be booked a minimum of 48 hours in advance;
• the kind of vehicle used during the transfer depends on availability at the time of booking.

Payment
Down payment of 30% when you book your transfer and the balance will be settled directly with the Operator who takes your booking and carries out the transportation.

Pick-up
At the airport the driver waits for you with a sign bearing your name while at the hotel, he will call you from the reception desk.

Extra charges
In case of a flight delay longer than 45 minutes, if the driver can wait for you, there will be an extra charge of € 20,00 per hour (unless the client notifies the driver at least two hours before the scheduled reservation time).
For arrivals and departures between 9.00 PM and 5.30 AM there will be an extra charge of € 25,00.

Travel Summary
The travel summary shows all information concerning your booking and the Operator handling the transfer service, including a list of emergency phone numbers and the Operator's e-mail.

Cancellations
It is possible to cancel the booking for any reason by directly informing the Operator indicated in the travel summary. There will be a fill refund for any cancellation carried out 2 days before departure. Otherwise the operator will retain the down payment.
